It wouldn’t feel like summer without all the partaking in the tasty summer treats! Here at Silverwood and Boulder Beach we have a variety of tasty sweets that are worth having during your trip. Whether you enjoy something salty, savory, or sweet, we have something for everyone. You can usually find a delight around every corner, and this is the perfect guide on how to find exactly what you are looking for. Here are our 7 must try snacks at the park!
Cascade Ice Cream
We are well known in this park for the ice cream cones that are the size of a small child. Okay… maybe not that big. But you get the picture.
Country Kettle Corn
If you are walking throughout the park and you suddenly get a whiff of something sweet, this is it. We offer kettle corn throughout the entire park for our guests. You can get it in the Country Carnival, on the train, and in Roller Coaster Alley. This treat is homemade here on site, and you can taste the difference! If you happen to walk by one of these locations, grab a bag, you wont be dissapointed.
Funnel Cake
If you love treats, then you might have already visited the Sugar Shack. This is where all the ooey, gooey, sugary sweets are located. In this pink building, we offer elephant ears, shakes, and funnel cakes! The funnel cakes come in a variety of flavors, and the NEW one to try this season is the caramel apple funnel cake. It is to die for!
Seismic Snow Cone
This is the perfect snack to cool you down in Roller Coaster Alley! Pick a flavor, take a seat, and plan out which coaster to conquer next! Seismic Snow Cone is located between Tremors roller coaster and Cool Cactus. Try the Blue Raspberry Flavor!
Dippin’ Dots
If the Cascade Ice Cream isn’t your style, then go ahead and try our Dippin’ Dots. We go through about 40,000 pounds of Dippin’ Dots per season, which is around 120,000 servings each year. We must sell a lot of these for a reason, so we will just let the
numbers speak for themselves. We have cookie dough, mint chocolate chip, cookies and cream, rainbow, and banana split.
Candy Store
This quaint little shop is located at the end of Main Street, and is a candy lovers dream! If you were unable to find your favorite treat in the park, then it is most likely here. Try the salt water taffy, nostalgic jawbreakers, or decadent fudge.
Jamaican Me Crazy
The name of this treat speaks for itself. If your kids are driving you crazy, send them
around the lazy river for a few laps and float up to the Cove to get this well deserved frozen treat. Jamaican Me Crazy is a blend of pina colada and strawberry. This drink can be served with or without alcohol and can also be found at Cabana Coolers. So if the kids would rather play in the wave pool, pull up a chair and grab this drink! You can even get it in a fun, mason jar souvenir cup!
Caramel Apples
Save this treat for last. As you make your way out of the park for the day, stop by and grab caramel apples for the ride home. Even though by now the kids have probably had their fair share of sugar for the day, it will be a nice way to remember your trip. You could even save it and cut into it the next night to keep the summer fun going.
