Weekdays in the summer are the best days. You can hit some rides, then the waterpark for a few hours, then back to rides. Don’t forget to relax in the lazy river!

A good insider tip I learned when I worked at silverwood was that if you want to ride everything , always start with coaster ally. The lines are shortest in the morning and normally get long in the evening. Doing that gives you enough time to not only ride everything, but also visit all of the attractions at the park.

If you are going to be there more than 2 days, get the season passes instead of regular tickets. They more than pay for themselves and then you can leave and come back as many times as you want and don’t have to worry about your stamps washing off or anything.

This was the first place we took our Autistic son before going to Disneyland. He had more fun at Silverwood and now i have two boys that LOVE Silverwood. My youngest is our Thrillseeker and can’t wait to go ride the big coasters as he is finally tall enough. I divorced their dad last year so this will be our first family vacation as a family of three. I am looking forward to it. We love Idaho and love Silverwood. Regardless if we win tickets, we will be there this year!!!

We went to Disneyland a day before it shut down and I was able to use 1 of 2 day passes. I’m looking forward to spending time with family. Taking a road trip from Western Washington to Wyoming for a family reunion. We love Silverwood! My best tip would be to arrive at opening time so you can make the most of the day! And keep your cell phone with you if you separate from your party so you can locate each other again later haha! I learned this the hard way thinking there wasn’t going to be a place to keep my cell phone safe while on the roller coaster…there are nice, convenient boxes across from where you load to leave your valuables!
