Ranked: Every New Food Item at Silverwood in 2025

Each year, Silverwood rolls out some super fun, unique food and drink options at the park… and this year was no exception! We made it our mission to try each new food and drink item at Silverwood for 2025 and then rank ‘em for you. (Someone had to do it!!) From ice cream treats to fizzy mocktails, here’s our official ranking of each new addition… with our unanimous favorite at the end!

4. Smoked Turkey Legs (Found at: Country BBQ + Rapids Grill)
These were new to Boulder Beach last year, but now you can get them in the dry park too!  Huge, smoky, and dense, these turkey legs are serious business. I’m not a big meat eater, so it was a bit much for me personally, but my youngest was a huge fan of them! Fun fact: Silverwood sold 7,000 turkey legs last year at Rapids Grill! If you’re looking for a hearty meal that will keep you full through all the rounds of roller coasters, this one will definitely do the trick!

3. Floats To Go (Found at: The Ice Creamery)
This one gets points for novelty and price – it is under $5! So first you get a bottle of root beer and then pick an ice cream to go with it (we went with the tried-and-true vanilla). You are handed a container of ice cream that screws directly onto the soda bottle, and there’s a straw inside. When you squeeze the bottle, soda bubbles through the straw and over onto the ice cream: like a mini root beer float fountain. It was fun, shareable, and surprisingly portable. We sat down to enjoy it (because: 5-year-old + walking with soda = mess waiting to happen), BUT you could easily stroll the park with one of these in hand.

2. Soft Serve + Fries (Found at: Sweet & Salty in Boulder Beach)
Found in Boulder Beach near Rumble Falls, you get your choice of soft serve (vanilla, chocolate, or twist) paired with either churro fries or french fries. We opted for churro fries (which are warm, crispy churros the size of french fries topped with cinnamon sugar!) and twist ice cream. You dip them in the soft serve and get that perfect hot-cold, crunchy-creamy combo. Can’t wait to go back and try the regular fries version, too!

1. Dry Ice Mocktails + Cocktails (Found at: Theater of Illusions)
This is our food/drink highlight for sure! Tucked inside the Theater of Illusions at the brand new Cosmos Cantina (right by the entrance) are bubbling, steaming mocktails and cocktails. There are eight different flavors and combinations (all named after the coasters!), and you can mix and match. We went with a strawberry + pineapple coconut mocktail. (Parents: the cocktail versions include your choice of a shot of vodka, rum or tequila!) There was strawberry sugar on the rim, dry ice bubbling at the bottom, and the whole thing was chilled to perfection. My girls thought it was the coolest (and tastiest!) ‘science experiment’ they had ever seen. Bonus: it was super refreshing and a great way to cool off while taking in the magic show, which is always a hit with my crew!

Whether you’re in the mood for something cold, fizzy, or savory, Silverwood’s food game is strong this year. I love that they have the perfect combination of fun, unique AND delicious treats. Which one are you trying first?!
