The Best Treats & Sweets for a Sweet Tooth at Silverwood

There are many, many reasons to go to Silverwood Theme Park. The rides, the shows, the water park-when we say there’s something for everyone, we really, truly mean it!

And if you happen to be someone with a sweet tooth, you’re definitely in for a treat.

Or, like…a plethora of treats.

Nothing satisfies a sweet tooth like a day at Silverwood or Boulder Beach. (And trust us, we would know. Just take a peek at our Instagram account! Sweet treats are kind of our thing).

So, where to begin? We’re so glad you asked. Hop on board the Sweet Tooth train, and allow us to guide you through the best Sweets and Treats at Silverwood!

Boulder Beach

Sweet and Salty

Sweet and Salty is Boulder Beach’s latest innovation for those among us who grew up dipping hot, salty fries into sweet, creamy soft serve. Of course, this is Silverwood we’re talking about, so you know they had to take it up a notch. Choose between the french fry and soft serve combo OR their churro fry and soft serve combo (OR, do it the Wander Coeur d’Alene way and don’t choose-just get both!).

Dessert Island

Dessert Island sits right next to Sweet and Salty in Boulder Beach, and features hard ice cream in a variety of fun, unique flavors, soft serve, hand-dipped vanilla ice cream bars and more. We loved the hand-dipped bar in Butterscotch coating rolled in butterfingers, while the kids opted for the blue raspberry coating rolled in candy Nerds.

Boulder Beach Swirl

Okay, hear us out, because this is important. The Boulder Beach Swirl is giant. It is literally the biggest soft serve swirl we have ever seen in our lives. It is delicious, refreshing, and a must-try. But it is huge. We always request a cup and spoon to eat it with, otherwise we’ll undoubtedly end up wearing it instead.

Country Carnival

Sugar Shack

Immediately upon entering Silverwood’s Country Carnival section, we’re transported back to summer days spent at the county fair. The aroma wafting from Sugar Shack is the reason why! They feature fan favorites with a twist, like Funfetti or Huckleberry Funnel Cake, Elephant Ears, Churro fries, and Thelma’s Frozen Lemonade.

Ice Creamery

A trip to Silverwood is not complete without a stop at the Ice Creamery. They’re best known for their giant 5 scoop cones, though we find one or two scoops to be more than generous enough! Honestly, we sometimes make The Ice Creamery the last stop of the day and call it ice cream for dinner. That’s what summer’s for, right?!

Dippin’ Dots

We had to add this in because it’s the kids’ all-time-favorite treat! Dippin’ Dots can be found in Country Carnival, Boulder Beach, and Roller Coaster Alley. There are tons of flavors to choose from, much to the kiddos’ delight.

Main Street

The Candy Store

The Candy Store is too fun to miss! We head in there on days that we’re planning on relaxing in the movie theatre for a bit. There is so much to choose from, from traditional candies to Harry Potter and other character themed treats to our personal favorite, the fudge!

We could go on and on about the sweets and treats at Silverwood! This is just a taste (see what we did there?) of what Silverwood has to offer. Which treats are you most looking forward to trying at Silverwood this season?
