The time has come! Our team is hard at work making sure that Silverwood Theme Park is in tip top shape for our guests. The shelves are being stocked, the coasters are being inspected, the grass is being cut, and the flowers are looking their very best, just for you!

Our opening day this season is May 5th, 2018. During this weekend we have a special going on in celebration of our 30th Anniversary. Since we opened in the summer of 1988, all guests get into the park at the low rate of $19.88!

Don’t let anything stand in your way of having fun this summer and come on out! There are various improvements throughout the park that you won’t want to miss!

Longer Hours

There’s now more time for fun! Starting on June 9th, we will have extended hours for the month of June. Now Silverwood will be open until 9 pm Sunday through Thursday, and 10 pm on Friday and Saturday. Hours of operations are subject to change, so make sure to check our calendar at www.silverwoodthemepark.com before your visit.

Toy Store Expansion

Now your two favorite things can be found in the same place, Garfield and souvenirs. The old toy store has now doubled in size, and has expanded into where Old Tyme Muggs used to be. In this new location, Garfield will be making appearances and will be available to take photos.

Firework Show Cancelled

We have decided to cancel our annual firework show due to safety and environmental concerns. We understand that our community looks forward to this event every year, but after some deliberation, we have decided that, due to safety and environmental concerns, it is in our best interest to cancel the show indefinitely. The fire season has had a huge effect on the surrounding areas the last few years, and if something were to happen during our show it would be devastating to our community. We will continue to decorate the park for the holiday and will be in full operation. If anyone has already made their RV Park reservations for this date, and would like to move it to a different date, please call our Guest Relations Department at 208-683-3400  Ext: 0 for assistance. We look forward to a great 2018 season and hope that our guests can still come and incorporate Silverwood into their holiday tradition this year and for many years to come.

Magic Nick

Nick Norton has something new up his sleeve once again for the 2018 season! There will be a mixture of some favorite tricks, Dr Cosmos will be back, as well as an introduction to an never been done illusion! Norton will take one of you from the audience, and make you vanish on stage! Get there early and volunteer to be apart of this one of a kind experience.

Expedition Silverwood with Marshall Jack

The Marshall that we all know and love is back! He is working hard to keep those outlaws in line, but he still has time to show you around his neck of the woods. This year, riders will have to keep their eyes peeled for new mythical creatures lurking about.

Restroom Renovation

Various improvements are implemented every season, and this year two restrooms are getting a makeover. The restroom between the Theatre of Illusion and Sweet Treats is getting completely redone, as well as the relief station by the Picnic Pavilions.

As always, there are several improvements throughout the park for the 2018 season. Make sure that you purchase your tickets or season passes now so you don’t miss out on all the new details implemented to enhance your summer experience.

Super sad to see the fireworks go 🙁 we had plans to come down just from Canada to show my parents your awesome display. Totally understand the safety concerns tho! Here’s to hoping the Canadian dollar improves so we can make this trip again!!!

Would love to be able to make the trip to Siverwood. Getting the tickets help out with the expense of traveling from Milwaukie Oregon to Idaho.

We have been enjoying the park for years and one of the biggest high lights has been the fireworks show. Now you are coming into your 30th year and your canceling the best display in the area? We are incredibly disappointed.

      Hello Sage,

We understand that our community looks forward to this event every year, but after some deliberation, we have decided that, due to safety and environmental concerns, it is in our best interest to cancel the show indefinitely. The fire season has had a huge effect on the surrounding areas the last few years, and if something were to happen during our show it would be devastating to our community. We are sorry to hear that we have disappointed you, and we hope that we will get another opportunity to serve you. The park will still be decorated for the holiday and will be in full operation. I am available to discuss this matter further at your leisure. Please contact me via email ss******@si*****************.com.
